Getting started with Settings

Settings is where you can manage users, see your organization's configuration and other administrative information.

Settings is visible to all users of an organization with a Decentriq license (possibly a trial license).

Settings tabs

Settings is organized into several tabs, each serving a specific purpose. Which tabs you see depends on your organization's role and your user permissions:

  • Organization settings: View your organization's license status, role, and other configuration.
  • Organization profile: Configure your organization's profile in the Decentriq Network. This is only visible if your organization's role includes publisher or data partner.
  • Technical configurations: Set up the matching ID types, collaboration types, and (for data partners) segments that make your organization invitable to Media DCRs. It has a Publisher and a Data Partner sub-tab, depending on your role. This is only visible if your organization's role includes publisher or data partner.
  • Users: Manage your organization users and role-based access control. Only visible to organization admins.
  • Data clean rooms: View all DCRs your organization participates in. Only visible to organization admins.
  • External invitations: Invite external users from other organizations to participate in your DCRs. Only visible if external invitations are enabled for your organization.
