Events

The Events view shows all activity collected on your domains and sent to Decentriq via the tag integration.

Decentriq tracks three main types of events:

• Witness events: User interactions such as page views or custom actions.
• Identify events: User identifiers such as email, cookie ID, or external IDs.
• Profile events: User attributes such as age, gender, or interests.

The system deterministically resolves all events to a single Decentriq ID when at least one identifier matches.

Use the By day / By hour toggle at the top to switch between daily and hourly views of all charts.

You can monitor:

• Valid vs invalid events: To detect integration issues.
• Events by domain: To compare traffic across properties.
• Events by event type: To understand how users interact beyond page views.
